What is The Viking Coaching?
The Viking Coaching is a health and mindset transformation coaching service. We help people recover from chronic pain, manage stress, and transform their health using natural, holistic methods including The Viking Method, breathing techniques, and cold exposure training.
Who is coaching for?
Our coaching is perfect for anyone struggling with chronic pain, stress, burnout, fibromyalgia, or anyone looking to improve their physical and mental health naturally. We work with busy professionals, parents, athletes, and anyone committed to transforming their health.
Do you work online or in-person?
I work locally in the Netherlands and Belgium (on location with sufficient bookings), and online for clients worldwide.
I create a customized program with each client to trigger the reset button and ensure the restart happens with the key that fits their ignition.

What is The Viking Method?
The Viking Method is a powerful combination of breathing exercises, cold exposure, and commitment. But here’s what’s crucial: You need knowledge of WHY it works.
A cold shower is cold—terribly cold. But when you realize it boosts your immune system, resets your body, and teaches you to relax during a physically stressful situation, everything changes.
The breathing exercises de-acidify your body. A body with low acidity can barely get sick. This isn’t magic—it’s biology.
Is cold exposure safe?
Yes, when done properly under guidance. We start gradually with cold showers and build up slowly. Cold exposure is safe for most people, but we always recommend consulting your doctor first if you have any health conditions, especially heart problems or high blood pressure.
What’s the key to success with The Viking Method?
Don’t try. Don’t search for motivation. The key to success is hard discipline.
You must DO it and push through. Don’t be a victim. Know this: If I work hard on myself today, tomorrow will be a little easier.
The longer you push through, the better your future will become. No equipment needed—just you, cold water, and relentless discipline.

How long does transformation take?
I spent 5.5 years in a wheelchair. During that time, there was a lot of mental shift happening. The mind must want to shift and must make that shift before your body is ready to go through the pain.
People have fear of change. The real question isn’t “how long will it take?” The question is: When does staying where you are become more frightening than taking the step toward a new life?
The speed at which someone improves, recovers, or resets depends on the drop that makes your bucket overflow. That moment—when your mind is ready—is different for everyone.
