Health coaching is a process in which I guide you to a healthier lifestyle. This often involves setting personal health goals and developing strategies to achieve these goals. Health coaching can focus on different aspects of health, such as nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep, and general wellness. where my specialty is helping people with a stress-related condition find the freedom to enjoy life again.

Why cold training?
Cold training has become increasingly popular in recent years. Many people are looking for ways to improve their health and strengthen their bodies. But why is it so effective?
One of the main reasons why cold exercise works so well is because it helps your body to reset itself. The combination of breathing exercises and cold therapy allows your body to reset itself and your mind to calm down.
My Story
I gained my interest in the human body and mind through my own life event.
In 2010 I ended up at home sick.
The final message was (after about two and a half years of examinations): it is fybromyalgia you have to live with it.
And soon I found out that medication was not the solution.
The side effects did not outweigh the effect.
So the search for an alternative started.
Then I came into contact with the cold training of Wim Hof (The Iceman).
In cold training, the workings of the human body are much discussed, and my interest was piqued.
I found out that a healthy body and mind starts with movement “The Fitness of your body makes all the difference”.
I started walking short stroles, doing breathing exercises, cold showering, meditating and eventually even running (even after long training a half marathon).
Through exercising I wanted to know more and more about that amazing body and started doing relaxation massage.
After completing my exam, I was able to take a course in cupping massage. And soon Sports massage was on the agenda and starting my own massage business.
Meanwhile, I also became a teacher and examiner of relaxation massage.
And I started to develop as a coach. As a coach i found out that with my guidance people came further, suddenly growth came into their lives.
As a coach I hope I can inspire and motivate you to take the step with me on the path of self development and mental fitness.
